I want to share that I will be stepping away from Moore County Family Health Clinic to transition into a full-time role caring for patients in the hospital.
Thank you for allowing me the privilege of caring for you over the past year. I have truly enjoyed getting to know every one of you, and it has been an honor to be part of your care.
Please know that your care will continue with our outstanding team, including Dr. Pack, Dr. Addo, Griselda, Charlotte, Kelly, Margaret, and Kori, who are all deeply committed to your health and well-being.

We are incredibly pleased to announce that, effective June 1st, the physicians, providers, and staff of the Moore County Adult Medicine will officially join our clinic!
We are excited to welcome Dr. Samuel Addo, Kori Trimble, PA, and their dedicated staff to our family!
This change follows Dr. Knight’s decision to pursue a career as a full-time hospitalist. We are grateful for Dr. Knight’s service and commitment to the community and wish her continued success in her new role!

Our mission is to provide our community with access to friendly, personal, and convenient medical care. With multiple providers offering a wide range of primary care services, we strive to make your visit pleasant, quick, and healing to help you get back to your daily life.
Our clinic is open six days a week, 12 hours a day for your convenience.

8:00am - 8:00pm
We understand that life is unpredictable. So we dedicate a provider to see walk ins every day that we are open.
Walk in patients are seen in the order they come in. Please understand that those who make appointments will be seen at the time they reserve, which may be before walk ins.
